Summary: This unit’s deck Is shared with the pool deck so it is noisy at night. Also, seems no one enforces the non smoking so our room would stink since there is no AC and we had to keep the windows open. The kids enjoyed the slide and golf.

Summary: I was told that adults could swim 1 hr before the opening time of the children's swim & 1 hr after the children's swim. The staff then told me it was discussed but not approved. When you're a senior & disabled it would have been nice to swim laps without children jumping on you. The staff were wonderful & helpful each and every day.

Summary: The pool, water slides and staff were all excellent! My room was dirty though, the hairdryer almost lit my hair on fire. There were not enough linens. No one has responded to my attempts at communicating about our experience.

Summary: The facility was a kids paradise! The pool was great and well kept. However our room was a bit dirty and outdated for the price.

Summary: Riverside Resort was perfect for my family. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. The 11 year old said it best, he liked it better than a Beaches resort he was at - felt more homey and the staff were just as friendly and helpful. 5 Stars!
