Summary: Spacious rooms, full kitchen, washer/ dryer, plenty of amenities. Received a bag of coupons for things around Pigeon Forge. Definitely will stay again!

Summary: The room was very clean. The grounds are nice from what I saw. However, I could hear the highway from room. I also had to leave 2 nights early for an emergency and received no support re: recouping expenses. Very little sympathy or understanding. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: Excellent facilities and amenities. Fantastic staff. I would recommend someone to look at the elevators in building 1. They made us a bit uncomfortable.

Summary: It was clean. But I have stayed in quite a few places in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and I find that no one know how to clean ceramic stove tops. They are clean - but not “clean”! I can’t fault this establishment, because it seems to be all over. Other than that, it was very clean.

Summary: The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony overlooking the river was a wonderful place to sit and watch the geese and other wildlife. Staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. The only thing I would change is the extremely uncomfortable sofa- which was so hard it was like sitting on stone.

Summary: The old lady and I had never been to Dollywood, so we decided to visit it. Stay her at RiverStone and it was good. A little pricey compared to other hotels that are just as nice and offer a free breakfast.
