This studio cottage is perfect for a sunny riverside stay! The cottage has a fenced front porch and yard as well as a private side deck. You will be only steps away from a sitting area on the water with sunrise views of the Indian River accompanied by many dolphin and manatees sightings. You will also have access to a shared dock on the water!

Summary: This little cottage was older, but very clean and comfortable. The listing was very accurate. The shared patio was very nice and we were very excited that we were able to see a manatee,some dolphins and even a rocket launch from the dock at the river while we were there. The only negative that I found was a lack of electrical plug ins in the cottage. There were none in the bathroom and very few in the rest of the area. Location was great near Melbourne and Coco beach. Plenty of good local restaurants.
