Summary: I have stayed at the Riverview in the past and loved it. This time there were a few inconveniences...ice maker out of order, bathroom sink very slow draining, tv said no signal when turned on, no hairdryer, had to ask for one at the front desk. I was only there one night so I did not complain, but for the money the room should have been perfect, imo.

Summary: Charming, historic building….perfect location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Outdoor upper pouch with rocking chairs was so peaceful. Staff was friendly too.

Summary: First night was great. Second night in a different room, #5, was rough. There is a bar with live music. They don’t warn you about the loud music until 10 PM. Ask before you book! The first night was on the other side of the building and was great. I tried to move rooms but the hotel was booked. I understand the guests on Friday night had to endure karaoke night.

Summary: Charming old hotel located in the heart of the downtown, historic district across from a beautiful city park overlooking the water and marsh land. George and Judy were very friendly, personable and helpful and a joy to meet. The hotel offers a bar and restaurant as well. The food was good and the entertainment was lively.
