Summary: Perfect place to sleep for the night. If you're gonna be out doing stuff and just need a bed to sleep in overnight, this is it. Dated but kept in great condition. Cheapest cleanest hotel around.

Summary: It looked rough from the outside but my room was spotless and comfortable. Watched the world cup football on the flat-screen TV in air conditioned comfort during a heat wave. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. A solid no frills value spot.

Summary: They have done their best to keep each room clean, I would say. But I would want others to be transparent with me as well, so I’ll tell you - it’s worth spending an extra hundred dollars to stay somewhere else if you can afford it. I was able to stay here one night as planned and only sleep. The restaurant next door was awesome and highly recommend it. But as a 45-year-old woman staying alone, I wish they would’ve had a secondary lock for the door, not just a push button and that I could feel comfortable with walking barefoot on the carpet. The property is in rough condition externally, but as I mentioned earlier, they do keep it pretty clean other than needing to replace the carpet and the smell that’s hard to get rid of. It’s kind of like camping but for the price… you’re getting what you get. For the 12 hours I was physically there, it was fine.

Summary: Room was true to the pictures, very clean though. TV was great. Wifi great! Part of thr tub surround looks like its coming apart and leaking but still very clean and a good night sleep. Just what we needed.

Summary: It is what it is. An inexpensive nights stay in a tourist area. If you remember that you won't be disappointed in the sloping floor or sink falling off the wall.

Summary: This is a classic mid century motel. Decent mattress, great classic tub, clean and bug free. So it served the purpose of a place to stay the night before the MDI marathon. Would recommend.

Summary: Comfortable, budget friendly motel close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Room could use some updating but it works. Would stay here again.

Summary: Pictures on site is NOT the rooms you get. Panels are split, carpet is old and worn. Room door is split in places and can see light coming in frame. Smells of mold, a lot of it. No water pressure in shower. Bates Motel would be ashamed. Front staff were very nice.
