4 Bedroom House in Dahlonega

Robin's Nest is a stunning 4 bed, 3.5 bath Dahlonega home located just outside the city of Dahlonega and just before/on the way to many of the local wineries. This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) property features a unique portion of Cavender Creek, where the creek splits in two and creates an island surrounded by nature.
The main floor features two oversized bedrooms, each with a king bed, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and clawfoot tub. The main floor also features a game room in the garage (air hockey, ping pong, darts, cornhole, a putting game, and PS4) and an open living/dining area with a covered porch off the back, perfect for viewing the creek and the woods below.
Upstairs is a large master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom and balcony overlooking the creek.
The lower level features a second kitchen, poker table, and another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a patio outside.
The steps off the back of the house lead down to the creek, a perfectly quiet and private place to sit. Enjoy a campfire down by the creek, or cross onto the island and enjoy a nap in the hammock.

- This home is in a small gated community.
- Parking is limited to five cars. Please do not park in the garage, as it is set up as a game room. Absolutely no street parking allowed.
- Upstairs features a gas fireplace, the downstairs fireplace is decorative only and just has candles in it.
- We have a Ring doorbell camera.
- Guests can expect internet speeds around 1 Gbps.
Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.

Summary: What can I say? The house was beautiful. Clean, spacious, every amenity one could ask for. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having all king beds in all rooms was a definite plus for us. The game room was equipped with everything we could possibly need! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 3 nights at the Robin's Nest and loved every minute of it, we did not want to leave. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The house is located close to downtown Dahlonega and only a short drive to Helen and Tallulah Falls. The house has lots of space and plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy. Loved the king beds in all the bedrooms. We loved the game room and the hot tub. Listening to the sound of the creek was so relaxing, I miss hearing it. We had great food from Bourbon Street Grille. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and check out process. We will definitely be back at the Robins Nest cabin.

Summary: We spent four nights in this property and wished it could have been longer! The location is close to downtown Dahlonega and a short drive to Cleveland and Helen. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a party of 7 adults. This property is unique with king beds in each room, which is what we were looking for. We have a couple of people with food allergies where cross contamination can be an issue, so we were glad to have two kitchens. The fenced backyard was a nice feature. Check in and out were very easy, and otherwise we didn’t need any assistance during our stay.

Summary: House was very luxurious. Loved the 4 king size beds in the 4 bedrooms. Great outdoor areas and especially the fire pit and creek. Be aware they do kit have a handrail to get to creek, it’s a bit hard to navigate. We will be back, so close to town with great restaurants - highly recommend Bourbon Street Grille.

Summary: We all enjoyed Robin’s Nest so much we agree we’d like to return next summer. The layout worked well for the 10 of us, grandparents, children and grands. The game room and creek were big hits. Our 5 and 6 year old grands were able to safely play in the shallow areas and some of the older of our family enjoyed “panning for gold”. No, we didn’t have any success, but it was fun! The upstairs master bed was so comfortable, my husband, who has had to sleep in a recliner because of back/hip pain, actually slept in the bed all week. We’d love to know the make of the mattress!

Summary: The house was clean and in a great location! The grill was fantastic and we enjoyed the fire pit down by the creek. We saw deer and even a little turtle by the house. We were close to the cute town of Dahlonega and a short drive to Helen. Would highly recommend!
