Summary: Was looking for a spot to celebrate my 60th, found this beauty while searching VRBO. To mentally process this event, I wanted quiet and remote, with a hot tub. It was a fantastic week, despite the cold and snow. It was a great escape! The artsy touches throught the property were wonderful, the cabin is very well appointed with anything you might need. Will bookmark this one for a return trip some day.

Summary: The driveway was well marked for a late night arrival, the lights were on, the cabin was very clean, and the hot tub was ready for guests. The hosts are very communicative, and would have done everything needed to make our stay perfect, except they made sure our stay perfect before our arrival so we didn’t need anything. Cell service isn’t a highlight, but the WiFi worked perfectly. This is the perfect cabin to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. It has the right mix of quiet and cozy comfort, with quick access to cute little towns, the Mississippi River, and the rolling hills of the Driftless Region. Stargazing was exceptional, the yard was immaculate, and front porch was a great place to enjoy hot coffee, read a book, and a listen to the birds sing the songs of their people. Highly recommend and likely to return. Probable be a great place to take off your pants and run around in your birthday suit, if that’s your thing. I didn’t try it myself, but if I was going to, the Cabin on Hidden Creek might be my venue of choice.

Summary: An ideal location for truly getting away from the noise and chaos of work! This cabin is along a mostly quiet country road and surrounded by trees. Whether on the front porch or the back deck, it was easy to find peace here. The hot tub was wonderful. The cabin clean and comfortable with everything needed to make our stay worry-free. Would absolutely recommend if you’re seeking tranquility.
