3 Bedroom House in Gebsattel

I am the old forestry house and was 50 years, the home of the forester and his Famiie.
Now I may shine in new splendor and look forward to your visit.
I stand in the idyllic center of the small village of Kirnberg in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
Through my lovingly landscaped garden takes you to my taste and authentically furnished rooms ..
There is a large, comfortable living room with fireplace and a small dining area.
The cozy living room invites you to eat and entertain. There you will find all the necessary appliances and utensils.
The first floor has two beautiful bedrooms and a third are in the attic.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with whirlpool, shower, sink and toilet.
There are also between the floors is a separate toilet.
Of course, flat screen television, DVD - player, stereo system and internet (WiFi) available.
In the garden there is an approx. 1.30 m deep swimming pool for you alone, in which you can comfortably board a wide staircase. The pool is solar heated and can be used by June to September.
In Pond danaben swim the beautiful Kois that are like fed by you.
Above the pool is a covered patio with comfortable furniture and a barbeque.
Under a big old beech is a small, quaint playhouse and in summer next to a large trampoline.
In my garden roses, lavender, phlox, clematis, hydrangeas, rhododendrons bloom in spring tulips, hyacinths and hellebores.
My whole plot is surrounded mostly by a yew hedge that allows plenty of privacy.
Your car is in the garage.
Check brave dogs may go on holiday with me also happy.
Smoke allowed outside, please do not in the house.

Summary: We were welcomed with a Christmas tree and homemade Christmas treats! Owner addressed all needs quickly and thoroughly. Quiet, cozy cottage was the perfect starting/resting place for days of exploring all Germany has to offer! Very near Rothenburg ob der Tauber; and easy access to A road for day trips elsewhere. Cottage is, as advertised, good for families. Modern conveniences with old-world charm. Easily sleeps 6 persons. Bedding could use an upgrade to something more clean-looking & breathable (perhaps cotton or bamboo?). Comfortable seating in living area is limited. One, very bizarre cleanliness issue, related to a previous guest. Caused odd/bad smell in bedroom. Will PM owner more about this, as cannot imagine such a bizarre situation would ever be repeated. Hoping that we may have solved the “bad smell” issue in the second bedroom!

Summary: My family and I stayed here on our way to Munich. The home is absolutely perfect and a short drive from the town of Rothenburg. I would come back here to stay in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

Summary: My family and I absolutely loved our time at this home. After spending the days out sightseeing it was so nice to come back to this home. It's very spacious and well equipped with everything you and your family could need. The yard/garden is beautifully landscaped and our kids loved the fish pond. You can't go wrong with this property. Enjoy!

Summary: This was our second time here and it was just wonderful! The home has everything we needed for our family, including baby cots and small beds for our toddler. Our dog Turk just loved the yard and the spacious home. Gaby really made us feel welcomed, checking in was really easy, and our only regret is that we could only stay one night. It’s now our family tradition to stay here whenever we visit Rothenburg, hopefully we’ll be back soon!
