Positive: Daniel warmly welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, including plenty of useful local information. The room was spotless and well appointed, the shower was powerful, and the views across Brussels were unparalleled. The location by the canal is picturesque and convenient. We arrived by Eurostar and Daniel advised on our Metro options. In spite of a stressful and delayed journey (in the UK.....the Eurostar was first class), Daniel was reassuring and accommodating, putting us at ease. The tower is a pleasant stroll from the centre, and there are convenience stores nearby. I would recommend to friends and family, without hesitation.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Super, nicely decorated room, with outstanding views of Brussels. Excellent host.

Positive: Lovely room with lots of thoughtful decorations and details that made it feel like home. Spacious, spotless, and well maintained bathroom. The host also provided coffee, tea, and chocolate in the room, which was a nice extra touch.
Negative: The only downside was the location, as connections to the city center were not the most convenient. However, this was not a problem for us, as we mainly walked to the city center and the main attractions.
