Summary: Kate was wonderful and her home was gorgeous! I travel a lot to this area with my fiancé and we’ve stayed at many places, but our experience with Kate has been our best yet. She advised us before arrival that there would be animals in the house but we did not mind at all. Being greeted with Kate’s kindness everyday as well as furry faces was the best! House rules were clearly stated and we had no problems at all. Definitely a must stay for anyone visiting! 10/10 hospitality :)

Summary: This is a co-habitat property with the hosts & while the cat wasn't a concern, there was no mention of the 3 dogs in the house. Despite the dogs and cat, the home was clean and did not smell like pets. The check in was fine - lockbox - but wasn't expecting the pet sitter after 10pm and didn't leave the key in the lockbox as requested. The bedroom AC wasn't working well, as evidenced by the box fan in the room. There is no TV in the bedroom, there is one in the den, don't know how well that would be received if you stay up late watching TV. There were bowls of cat treats on the tiki bar. I can't speak to how the hosting would have been because after mistakenly opening the wrong bedroom door - and one of the dogs bolting out texts followed from the host, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Based on this discomfort, (and the host indicated that they were not comfortable with my going in their master bedroom -- which I did not go in - just picked the wrong door - I would think a lock on the door would have solved any mistakes from occurring) I would have thought a refund would have been offered - at least partial but that did not occur. I will pursue it directly with VRBO.

Summary: Kate and Kyle were great hosts. Very accommodating and pleasant. Their home is extremely clean and confortable. It was only about a 15 minute drive to downtown, which was perfect. Great neighborhood for walking and convenient to a lot of local restaurants.
