Positive: i love everything about this hotel, the cozy atmosphere, the staff are all lovely and helpful, the food is very nice and it's just a nice homely place to go back to every now and then. I love having a kitchen also in the bedroom. Also the area is very nice and it's away from the busy centre yet it's close to everything and close to the tube.

Negative: I don't know what you could improve about Hometel. Maybe you could offer a discount for a longer stay like ours.

Positive: I loved everything about this accommodation. The room was a delight - a good size, beautifully decorated with a practical layout. The best accommodation I had in my three month trip. Travelling solo I like to have a kitchen - and this one was terrific, with everything I needed to self cater meals. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to rediscover the Chiswick area having lived/worked there many years ago. Turnham Green station (District Line) was just around the corner from room2 Chiswick Hometel, and Chiswick High St moments away (yet far enough away as to have no noise issues). The staff were generally lovely and very helpful (particularly Barbara who went above and beyond to get a clothes drying rack for me). The basement laundry was very handy. Although not in centre of London this area has a lot going for it - beautiful parks, fabulous Chiswick House and cafe, the Thames walking path, Hogarth's House, and his family tomb in a nearby churchyard, a lovely energetic street vibe, and plenty of restaurants/takeaway places. And so easy to jump onto the tube or a bus to get to other parts of the city. I'll stay there again for sure next time I'm in London!
Negative: Truly, nothing could have been better (: Though its probably worth mentioning that although Turnham Green station is on the Piccadilly Line (which goes to/from Heathrow), the Piccadilly Line train only stops at Turnham Green during a few hours very early in the morning - at all other times it bypasses it.... so you have to change from Piccadilly Line to District Line at Acton Town, Hammersmith or Earls Court etc to get to Turnham Green.

Positive: We loved the property and the deco. Great that it had a bar and brunch scene. We had a great sleep and were very comfortable Also you can’t beat the location. Great customer service everyone we interacted with was lovely.
Negative: Not enough clothes storage for 4 nights the little cupboard was not enough to store clothes and no bedside table. We choose this type so we could cook. It didn’t have enough facilities for that. I think oil at least should be provided and bigger pots and pans.
Summary: Great stay and sleep need to improve kitchen amenities and clothes storage.

Positive: This is my second time staying at the hotel. I really like it. Great location and rooms are fantastic. It was super clean. It's a very easy hotel to stay in. Great decor and would stay again.
Negative: The staff are nice but seem a bit unorgansied. When I checked in I was told that by booking direct they price match from booking.com. There is no benefit to me to book direct. If the room is £150 on booking.com and I can book it in a few clicks or contact hotel direct, send quote from booking.com, wait for response etc to get the same price it's just too much effort for no benefit. Service a bit slow at the bar so just had food and coffee elsewhere. They took card details just incase of any damage in the room which is perfectly reasonable but don't show you to the room and you can check and damages together so you don't get stung for marks, or damage from previous guests. I can see that being an issue.
