Summary: Super cute. Had all necessary amenities, including a fan, which I loved! Property manager very responsive to questions. Great location in Iowa City

Summary: The house is nicely remodeled and the furniture is new. It was a good location to the freeway and the University. There are three large bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms in total, but there is only one bathroom upstairs. There was lots of space in the house, including two kitchens! We didn't use the downstairs at all except to play ping pong! The owner is very nice, and we would stay here again.
