It has an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen and dining room, that has seating for 10-12 at a time. The basement still has a bar area that is unfinished, but there is a great game room for entertaining in the evening or on rainy days! Nick’s Boat Dock does rent pontoons, which is an option for those without a boat, or you could head less than two miles down the road to the north fork campground beach to enjoy a couple days of just swimming.

Summary: The house was just what we needed for our staff retreat. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of kitchen wares. We thought we were going to run out of toilet paper but we squeaked by! And the only thing we didn’t bring that would have been handy was aluminum foil but we picked some up. Thanks for everything
