This 160 sq m south facing farm-like holiday home designed by the architect-owner, sits harmoniously on an organically cultivated 30,000 sq m private land full with 300-400 year old olive trees. The House consists of two independent self-contained sleeping units on either side of the main living/kitchen area. Unit A, with a veranda of its own, has two adjacent en suite bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub) Sleeps 4. Unit B has two bedrooms in different levels joined with a staircase, sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub).Sleeps 4. All three areas with exposed timber roofs layered with byzantine tiles look onto a large veranda with a great view towards the olive grove and the sea. The area is quite, the landscape is beautiful and the ground covered with Mediterranean flora is ideal for kids and pets. The House, although close to the town of Porto Heli and to the beach, it is very secluded and ideal for relaxation...So close and yet so far away

Summary: We were six adults who spent a week in Nikos' house. The house is beautiful, and wonderfully decorated and furnished. The view is spectacular, and we appreciated that it truly was in the middle of nature, only looking out at the olive trees and the sea in the distance. We walked or bicycled the small distance to the nearest beach. The beach was perfect, very clean, very few people and with crystal clear waters. Excellent for swimming. Nikos was a very kind and generous host. All in all paradise:-) We would love to come back. One thing to note is that the four rooms are open to the room next door.

Summary: We spend very nice holidays in this house. The house is very beautiful and ideal for holidays in summer. Very beautiful and quiet beach is at a walking distance...through olive tree. The house is not so far from many archeological sites in Argolide. So we can easily mixt during our stay different kind of activities and also have a very quiet stay! Nikos, the owner, is very sympathic person. He will give you a lot of explanations and good ideas to enjoy your stay. We recommand this house if you want to spend ideal holidays in Grece!

Summary: Nikos has designed and built a delightful house for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the typical tourist hubs. The house has been tastefully furnished with interesting artifacts everywhere you turn and was extremely clean. A true highlight was the evenings spent on the balcony listening to the sound of silence and looking out a sky full of stars. Just a 2 min drive away (or a 15 min walk) from the nearest beach makes it an ideal location. Nikos provided us with numerous recommendations of things to do and see in and around Porto Heli - including a delightful Taverna worth visiting in the nearby town of Koilada. As there is no internet access (which we were thrilled about), for those in need of the occasional glance, one of the tavernas at a nearby beach had free wifi. Summary: Very nice location in the middle of old olive trees and beaches in walking distance. We enjoyed really much the sea side view terrasse together with our friends - ideal for two families. The architecture is beatiful with lot of attention into details. The kitchen is fully equiped. Last but not least the introduction by Nikos very helfful for a good start and enjoyable holidays.

Summary: Dear Nikos, We had a lovely time at your beautiful house. Thank you!!! It was perfect for our family and my sister's family. We were 8 all together, 4 adults and 4 children and we had the best time! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and situated in a beautiful olive grove as well as a ten minute walk from a secluded beach. Summary: In a hidden olive grove, we found a gorgeous architectural gem. Just outside Porto Heli, tourism seemed to be fare away. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The recommendations from the host to restaurants, shopping and excursions were very good. The two bedroom houses, the kitchen house, several terraces and the very large ecological garden offer a wide variety of ways to relax and play. From the large terrace, we enjoyed the sunset over the island of Spetses with olives from the garden. A great house for two families with children. We enjoyed it very much and hope to to be back soon.
