Positive: The location and amenities of the property were great.
Negative: I was traveling with my family from Seattle, WA. We didn’t arrive until 6pm. When we arrived, we couldn’t find out apartment because the office gave us the wrong address. There are two properties on site. That both have the same room numbers. Luckily, we found someone who lived there, and they helped us to find our room. As we couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the office due to it being the weekend and after hours. When we entered our apartment, I was in disbelief as it was a dirty mess. As if someone had just left. We were extremely tired from the long flight. And traveling with two small children. If we hadn’t already brought all our luggage in. And didn’t have two small kids extremely tired. We would of went elsewhere. We had to wash all the blankets and sheets before going to bed. There were no cleaning supplies, towels, floor mats for bathroom or toiletries. We had to go to the store in the morning and buy them. There wasn’t even a mop, broom or vacuum. The day prior to leaving we found roaches. If it wasn’t for the location and amenities we would have gone elsewhere. The room should have been cleaned prior to arrival. And there should have been at the very least basic necessities (toilet paper, cleaning supplies and towels). When I contacted the front desk to inform them, they read my message and didn’t respond. I still think they should refund given the above. And I almost forgot someone came into our room while we were there stating they were there to fix a whole in the ceiling. Photos posted are of apartment day of arrival except for photo of roach found on day prior to leaving.

Negative: Construction work from 8.am unitil 4 pm.very loud,workers with heavy tools.not able to stay by the pool or the condo(which was next the pool).
