Summary: The only good part of this hotel was the team by the pool, the vibes team. The restaurants always ran out of food, the bathroom was leaking, a lot of the food serviced was cold. When we spoke to the staff it was an it is what it is attitude.

Summary: It can be more activities, the bar should be open later than 5. Once 6pm hit the resort is quiet. I wasn’t a fan of that. This would be my first & last time. It’s also too far from everything

Summary: This was first time at this resort. I would definitely stay here again. Nice dining options and the staff was amazing.

Summary: Some staff were very friendly but some were also rude. Food was so-so at the restaurants. The buffet generally had better food. Restaurants are not 5 star, nor even close to 4...not very accommodating if reservations are not made ahead of time.

Summary: Lovely outdoor spaces and bookable restaurants. Food great and lots of choice. Staff helpful and regularly check in with calls to the room. Room finish could have been a bit better, but overall more than adequate.

Summary: Location near Glistening Waters...not far from Dunns River and Ochi/Fern Gully made it an Amazing central point. The Trip to the Airport was stress free from there.

Summary: Place was nice staff was ok. Food was delicious at the buffet. Steak house ran out of steaks. Very hard to make reservations for dinner. We were celebrating our anniversary and they didn’t have our room decorated like promised. They never gave us champagne or wine like they told us they would.
