Positive: Apartment and location were very good. A bit noisy on Saturday evening due to an event on the Saturday evening in the street outside. Apartment supplied breat and jam in addition to a few cans of beer which were very welcome. Instructions for accessing the property were well communicated and contact was accepting calls if needed. A very enjoyable time was had.

Positive: The hosts were very helpful. We found the place nice enough. The owner organised our taxi to the airport & I was very grateful. They kept good contact during our stay. Perfect location beside cathedral.
Negative: We stayed on a Saturday night with our kids and it was extremely noisy. None of us slept in the two bedrooms facing the street the noise stopped at 5:30 am. We only stayed one night so it's probably quiet during the week.

Positive: The service Miriam' and Antonio exhibited was just commendable. The couple were always available to help to make our holiday a smooth one. They even went the extra mile to lug our luggages for us from the apartment to the taxi stand some distance away. What's amazes me was their smiling disposition. We would highly recommend their service to any tourist

Positive: This is more like an AirBnB than an hotel, but the location is what made all the differences! Most of the hotel surrounding the area will most likely be about 150+ per night per room. This little hidden gem met our needs, enough rooms (3 w/ 6 beds for 7 people if needed), location and a kitchen! It's a bit older but what building isn't, literally 6 mins walk to the cathedral. If you pick this place, the taxi will take you right to the door (there are NO ubers in Sanitago). What I really liked about the place was the little restaurants right outside of the flat and walking distances to everything. What was even better was that there was a little market (Mercado) about 5 mins walk from the flat. Which had everything we needed to buy to make breakfast and dinner (Kitchen was well equipped) - this is handy when you are on a budget and/not necessary to eat out every meal. The washer came in handy as well. It was a great stay except at NIGHT the STREET NOISE, FOR SOME REASON IT ALWAYS HAD TO BE A GUY every night SCREAMING AND SINGING HIS LUNGS OUT- guess they wanted to party like it's 1999 - so I highly recommend you get ear plugs, thank god we had ours. Also, there are two baggage storage about 5 mins walk too, 2Euro for the whole day, so location was key! Overall worth the stay.
