Summary: This hotel is amazing! I have stayed with Ruby hotels in one other country in the past and really love the Ruby hotel line. They are well designed hotels and feel very spacious once inside the room. I loved the area surrounding the hotel and it made transportation by the train very easy. The hotel also has a nice seating area in the lobby to just relax at the hotel in.

Summary: Wonderful hotel. Great location in front of the Metro Station, short walk to the train station. Safe area. Easy check in and check out. Clean and comfortable. Love it !!!!

Summary: Nice place to stay, with an amazing view and nice hotel vibe. Rooms are amazing. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is very convenient as well. Only one negative point to mention, service levels were less than expected. Upon arrival no one really seems to bother, and upon asking some questions to staff (issue with self-check-in, no one really felt keen to take responsibility.

Summary: Turned up late (sound 10pm.was told the chef went home at 9!)so no feed available. £40euro for a bottle of average wine. Staff not overly helpful. Room wasn't overly clean. Water (I think) stains on toilet seat and floor, hadn't been wiped. The pillows are to thick and very uncomfortable. Bed was good. Shower was really good. Breakfast! - 25 euro each! Not worth 15 euro. It is a handy hotel to get to the train station to get into Amsterdam central.

Summary: I did not like this hotel at all. It may look cool to press a button and have the elevator flash a light to indicate which one is available and to simply drop off your key card into a box for the check out (all very convenient). However, face to face support is still needed. I had only one towel in my room but luckily found someone in the corridor to ask for more (or???). The room was hot and noisy. Even the mattress was squeaky. The TV was the worse— not connecting possibly because of the bad internet signal. Bathroom is wide open. Excellent standing shower but if you want privacy— there’s none (glass door). Would not recommend this hotel for family. Good room space and amenities including a small fridge. Good for business trip. Well located near metro.

Summary: Power plugs not working, strange design of rooms (e.g. to go between shower and towel rack you need to cross the hallway, so you get all wet,...), unpersonal self check-in, elevators completed and not intuitive to use. Additionally all rooms are very strong parfumated (strong small of rooms and windows not openable) Very good bed and clean. Staff friendly
