Summary: This was perfect for us - we wanted to be near Cape Romain and this was so convenient and comfortable! So nice to have a full kitchen with appliances/dishes and space to spread out. Great price and lovely host who communicates well. One bedroom has an open bathroom plan so keep that in mind. Definitely hope to return!

Summary: We were lucky to find the property due to arriving after dark. There is an abandoned plantation, nearly in the backyard of the house, so that is a very cool, short walk from the house. House was clean and welcoming, but there are some maintenance issues that may need to be addressed soon. Host was great. Entirely absent, but for some that may be a benefit. There is nothing to do in Mclellanville, so be prepared to drive a bit for things to do.

Summary: This was a great place to stay for a quite get away. We really enjoyed the easy access to the National Forest. The house was the perfect size for what we needed. The kitchen supplied everything for cooking. The house was VERY clean! Our family really enojoyed our stay.
