Positive: Traditional dinner and brakfast, very polite and accomodating staff, the onsen experience, great sake recommendation, view out of the room.

Negative: The dinner was already prepared and therefore it was not possible to cancle single menue dishes as sashimi. A bit unfortunate if you don't want to waste any food. Still extreme polite and friendly staff even if you do not finish a dish.

Positive: Property is clean and well maintained although the facility is generally dated. Excellent location and wonderful staff that is so friendly and helpful. Food was about a 7.5 of 10.

Negative: Would have liked the option to access the outdoor portions of the facility
