Negative: Going through a third party was pretty difficult. I had to ask a few times about check in and what to do. No information was given until I asked and sent proof of payment. Had to walk into the hotel. Go into the carpark to get the keys. Then back out to get my car and back into the car park. This was made worse as it was late at night
