Positive: Wonderful property, spacious area, convenient driveway and beautiful night-lit pool. Lots of space for a large family to enjoy their vacation. Easy to access by car. Nice that there were welcome snacks. 3 shower rooms with wc. Shower gel provided. Good bed linen, towels for shower, pool and also beaches.
Negative: Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, but it was +35 Celsius outside. No warnings about 2 cats living on the property. One of the guests was allergic to cat hair. Recommended clearer information about drinking water, washing machine location, lock box key location and code, availability of spare toilet paper.

Positive: This villa is absolutely stunning—both the house and the grounds. There are so many different rooms to enjoy and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were greeted with a welcome pack that included wine, olive oil, milk, fruit, and snacks, which was a lovely touch. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and our messages were answered within 10 minutes—even late at night, which was very reassuring. The grounds are spectacular, with countless peaceful spots to sit and relax. There’s a charming pond, an abundance of wildlife, and an overall sense of tranquility—yet you’re only a 20-minute walk from the local town or a 25-minute drive to Palma. The pool is large and immaculately maintained. We genuinely cannot fault this villa and would love to return in the future.

Positive: A most most beautiful rental - what with the long driveway and garden, and the house with its cascade of unique rooms and spaces. We felt thoroughly enchanted, and appreciated every moment of our stay. With the little gym and garden, we could do our daily workouts, and with the wood fires, we snuggled up in the living room at night in front of a family film. To top it all off, we were very grateful to find milk, soft drinks, beer, wine, olive oil, fruit and coffee awaiting us when we arrived. What a lovely surprise that was!
Negative: We arrived at night, and typed in the key code to open the gate, but didn't spot the key safe. Once up the drive at the house, unable to located the key safe, we returned to the entrance gate and had to climb over the wall to access the key safe outside the gate (without which we couldn't open the gate from inside) A little adventure that made our arrival even more exciting, haha!
