Idyllic dream location: This 165 square meter house is only around 2 kilometers from the center of Alaró, on a 17,000 square meter plot. It offers space for up to six guests on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom, the living-dining area and the separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with all common appliances, including a dishwasher, from the large, bright staircase.
The spacious living area-dining area is very comfortably furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a fireplace and German satellite TV and free internet are available.
Via the staircase you can reach the three bedrooms and another bathroom on the upper floor, this one with a bathtub and bidet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with fitted wardrobes and one double bed each, the third bedroom with a single bed, which has an additional sleeping space with a fitted pull-out bed and is ideal for children and teenagers.
The house is very well insulated and easy to temper. Fans are available in summer.
From the covered terrace on the garden side of the house you can enjoy the tranquility and idyllic location, the view of the 8 x 4 meter pool and the largely natural garden, as well as an overwhelming view of the beautiful valley at Alaró. Thanks to its ideal south-east orientation, the sun will delight you from morning to late afternoon. A cozy outdoor seating area is in the shade of a large tree right next to the refreshing water in the pool. An ideal place to relax and feel good. Alaró can be reached in a few minutes and even on foot, and hiking or cycling tours at the foot of the Tramuntana and towards the Orient are recommended. The connection to the motorway, via which you can easily reach Palma and the rest of the island with its numerous beautiful beaches, is only 7 km away.
In the transition months, the electric central heating can be booked optionally, there are separate costs. A cash cation of € 300 will be charged on arrival and will be refunded accordingly on departure.

Summary: This property was amazing. The grounds were spectacular. The house was just beautiful and so well equipped. We could not have asked for more. Pedro was a wonderful host, so welcoming and helpful. We would love to come back. The location was perfect and drove in all directions to all parts of this beautiful island.

Summary: The property is amazing, has everything you could ever want for. Very rural, quiet and peaceful. Central location to explore the island. Quite easy to find if you use the directions supplied. If I had to find a fault it would be that you could need more towels for using the swimming pool. Would highly recommend and will return in the future

Summary: Spacious, clean and very well equipped villa in a lovely spot. Peaceful yet 2k from Alarò - a lovely town with bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. All you could need! We were cycling all week and it is also perfectly situated for that too - turn left and you are in challenging hill country, turn right for miles and miles of flat! Would highly recommend this place and we are hoping to come back.

Summary: This property was picturesque and quiet. The backdrop with the mountains and the sunrises from the front terrace are amazing. We had such a good time and the location is close enough to Palma and Port de Alcudia that we had no troubles getting to the beaches while being away from the crowds. We will definitely be back.

Summary: This villa is definitely the perfect location if you love peace and quiet with beautiful views. The villa and pool were both Perfect for our young family. The villa was well equipped and comfortable, and in a perfect location on the island to travel to all ends. The pool was the perfect size and with a generous shallow end so the kids could swim freely without help. I Would definitely recommend. The owner was lovely and friendly and took care of all our needs. Thank you very much and we look forward to our next visit to Palma.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Villa. Pedro, the owner of the property was very welcoming and took a lot of care to ensure everything was perfect, visiting regularly to check the water supply, cleaning the pool and maintaining the garden. The property was well furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of fresh linen and towels. The location is stunning and I expect would be very peaceful although it was unfortunate that our visit coincided with the neighbours building a new tennis court and driveway so we had heavy machinery working throughout the week. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Summary: The house is very beautiful and the owner, very kind. Alaro was the perfect location to explore Mallorca, close to main highways and a nice town center with a Saturday market and several restaurants. The beds were wonderful and we slept very well. It was nice and quiet and we loved waking to the fabulous mountain views. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything one might need. My only reasons for the 4 star rather than 5 star rating is that there is an overpowering smell of mothballs eminating from a wooden chest in the large foyer so the fumes rise to the upstairs. We did not use the living room or dining room for this reason. Luckily, once the bedroom doors were closed and the windows open, it could not be smelled in them. There was also a door on the kitchen so we could close that off as well. The house could also benefit from a few carefully placed rugs as the tiles made it a bit cold and hard. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Myself, my husband and my 4 older children had a lovely stay in this villa. The villa itself was clean and spacious, and the pool was fantastic. It is set in a rural location a few kilometres away from Alaro town, so a car would definitely be advisable.
