Positive: The breakfast was okay, but overall, the food experience can be improved.

Negative: Overall, the facility was okay. The staff, especially Collins, Flavian, Simon, and Mark were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One thing that could be improved on is the food.

Positive: The location is at the top of a hill with the most glorious views both in the day and at night with the lights and stars. The resort is well positioned and the rooms have great views and privacy. The pool area is amazing and there is lots to see and explore. The food was freshly cooked each time and tasted great. The service from the staff was amazing and very attentive. I was particularly grateful for the efforts made to celebrate my birthday! The rooms are large, well decorated and spacious with a big comfy bed and all the amenities you need.

Negative: There were a few issues with some of the decor in the room, so for example there is a little water staining and leakage in the bathroom. Some of the finishing is not great but the atmosphere and service certainly make up for that.

Summary: Amazing retreat, great service and fabulous surroundings!

Positive: The breakfast was good and the location was awesome.

Negative: -No housekeeping was done for the 3days we were there.We had to prompt them. -There was no internet in many areas like swimming pool. -The doors of duplex rooms should be just like the others as security should be standard.

Positive: The location is in the middle of nowhere which feels like a treasure hunt when finding your way there. The staff were warm. The food was superb. The facilities were top notch esp the executive room. Lovely place for lovers of nature.

Negative: As expected it is quite chilly at night so prepare for the cold.
