Negative: We asked when booking a room for accessibility, but were told none were available when we checked in. There was a 6-inch curb for me to navigate, no ramp was accessible, and no grab bars were in the toilet. The pool was outside with limited accessibility. so called breakfast bar was limited and primitive.

Positive: My partner and I traveled here from Chicago for 7 days, and it exceeded our expectations. Andrea, the manager, was one of the most welcoming, warm people we have ever encountered. There were two guests next to our room that were very rude to the staff, and Andrea handled it professionally. Our room was right next to the office. This motel was located 8 minutes from Rocky Mountains. We will definitely be coming back here. The entire staff was amazing.
Negative: The entire place was amazing. I have zero complaints.
Summary: This motel exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was phenomenal.
