Positive: The breakfast was great. All the hosts were amazing, they were all very warm.
Negative: The western food is not up to standard but the local food is okay. We were there for four nites, we can't keep having local food, right. The villa itself needs maintenance. The bedroom door is noisy and the bath room shower cubicle needs repair.
Summary: Overall it is a very good experience for our family.

Positive: We had the 3 room villa. It was lovely, close to the jungle and rice fields. The rooms were spacious and clean and everything was provided in very good quality. The kitchen was also equipped with everything you might need. The pool was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Putu for showing us around and giving us so much information. Breakfast was really good and dinner also.
Negative: The only 2 things are the lights in the bathrooms. Very dim lighting for our room. The room downstairs had more natural light though. Also, as lovely as it looks, the windows to the bathroom from the bedroom cannot be closed properly as they are made from wooden slats. So anyone in the bedroom can hear everything in the bathroom. One should be aware of this ;) and no Grab available as it is far from everything

Positive: Child gate at the top & bottom of the stairs made our holiday stress free. Room service to the room was great. The village was clean & quiet. So many perks staying eg. free scooter hire for 2 hours, dance class & turtles . Definitely family friendly
Negative: The shower head is not powerful, but it is non for profit organisation. So makes sense.

Negative: Location is very far off ( around 3 hours) from all major attractions. Need to travel for at least 6 hours daily. There were cockroaches ( big ones), insects, lizards. My daughters were freaking out with so many unwelcome visitors. We could not use the pool attached to villa as couple of frogs were swimming there. Hotel charges 30-40% more on top of regular taxi fare. One could get good deals by booking at either Grab or gojek Very limited food option available as all restaurants etc are atleast 1.5 to 2 hours away. Even ordering at food delivery is a challenge. Inspite hotel charging good rate, they are stingy with replacing fresh towels and treat it as some expensive novelty which is absurd. Spa rates are expensive compared with outside rates.
