Summary: We enjoyed our time at white lake. Everything you need is close by and it is a nice neighborhood to walk around. I also appreciated that Tia has made efforts to make the property kid friendly

Summary: We were in town for my father’s funeral and all communication and booking process were great. However, when we arrived there was a distinct pet urine smell in and around the bunkbed room and bathroom that permeated throughout. We opened all the windows and turned on fans to air it out. Then as we tucked into bed my sister in law tucked her face into the master/king bed and the comforter wreaked of pet urine. Swapped that out immediately. Additionally, the oven desperately needs to be cleaned and there was a soapy taste in many of the drinking glasses. The internet and cable were also spotty.

Summary: House and beach were great. Lots of room for big group. Checkout policy a bit too much (wash and dry beach towels and empty dishwasher). Beds were comfortable and tvs in every room. Kids bunk room had lots of toys and games.

Summary: This lakehouse was well suited for the 11 members of our family. The large dining room table accommodated our meals and was used for games and cards during some rainy weather. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean; the kitchen was well equipped. Some of the furnishings and contents were dated, but functional for all.

Summary: Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for. A couple of small issues. There were large ants in the main bathroom. The large pontoon boat under the only tree in the backyard that provided shade was not ideal. The grill is a disaster waiting to happen. The bottom is literally rusted out right above the propane tank.
