Summary: Very clean. Very spacious. I recommend u rent the boat. Caught huge bass on the first cast. One of the best weekends we have had in a long time.

Summary: We came in to Michigan to meet our newest granddaughter. The house was conveniently close to the new family. Plenty of things to do for the older grand kids. Maybe have a few younger games, tic tac toe. Candyland, Chutes and Ladders (for suggestions.) I had grampa bring these from Ohio. Loved having the highchair. Also a few bag chairs for around the fire would be nice. If house sleeps 8-12 you should have seating for that many. Overall the house was perfect. Great location, plenty to do Loved Scarletts playground in Commerce. and Loved the boat. Older kids loved the Kayaks. Perfect place to relax.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfortable (even the sofa beds in the basement!), the highchairs and pack-and-play were great, and the waterfront space and comfortable. (Be aware that the front of the house faces a very busy road and there's a "dive bar" with music a few places down. But it didn't really bother us.) We rented the pontoon and that was a great addition to our stay. There are a few things I wish for this property. *I wish the kitchen table was able to accommodate more people. Fortunately, we brought a 6' folding table and additional chairs, otherwise our party of 7 would not have been able to sit together for dinner, play games, etc. *It would be nice to be able to float or swim in the lake right at the property. The water is very full of weeds and the spongy bottom is unpleasant. There's no good way to get in and out of the water as there is no ladder off the dock. *We didn't use the hot tub much. It was hot and working fine. But it had a very unpleasant smell. We understood that it used well water but it seemed like some chemical treatments could help alleviate the smell. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

Summary: Came to Michigan for a wedding with my adult children. Loved having the kayaks and outdoor seating areas to relax in. The hot tub heater wasn’t working and it needed to be cleaned so we were not able to use it. We did rent the pontoon boat for a day. Tonya the property manager was so great. Responded quickly. Would definitely stay again. The road to the property is very busy. Keep that in mind if traveling with small children or dogs. The property was really lovely inside and very comfortable

Summary: Everything was on par and/or even better than the listing. Except he amenity is not available and/or in working condition which was the hot tub. I had message before arriving but still no fix. That was the filter used to find this location and sadly it was inoperable. Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful little house

Summary: My family and I booked this for my brother’s 30th birthday and everyone was very pleased with the stay! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us! There were some dirty dishes in the cupboards that we had to wash and put away so the cleanliness could be improved. The hot tub also looked a bit murky and upon reaching out I was told that the well water is the cause of the murkiness, which I would have appreciated knowing prior to arrival and asking about it.

Summary: This property was exactly what we were looking for. Lake front property we enjoyed using the kayaks. We also rented the pontoon that was great to take cruises around the lake and to do a little fishing. Cought fish right off the dock. The beds were comfortable. Bring some water from drinking the the water at the house is high in iron. Everything was nice and clean. House was stocked with towels for both showers and beach use. It is located two doors down from spraders on the lake, that has live music and karaoke with a food truck. We would love to stay here again!
