Summary: This place was perfect for our needs! It was clean, quiet, spacious, and 2 miles from the farm where our son got married. There was so much space, all 4 groomsmen, the groom, mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, and brother of the groom all had enough space to get ready the day of the wedding. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The downstairs bedroom is massive and perfect for kids or older adults who don’t do well with stairs. Having a bathroom and extra living room, with its own TV, downstairs made it even better. There were thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay even better. The only downside was the sheer curtain in the bathroom and tiny bath towels. The rest of the house more than made up for it, though. It is close to tons of shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants, and a few minutes from the Mayo Clinic. The owner was quick to respond to messages. Highly, highly recommend!

Summary: Tom’s house was spotless. Perfect for me as I can’t do stairs. I had bed, bathroom, and living room on my level. My kids had the upstairs. I don’t know how it could be so clean, but it was spotless. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tom!

Summary: Tom was fast in response and helpful. The area of the house was close to many stores and fast food. Easy access to the freeway and by mall. My family and i had a great time. Perfect for family gatherings and cooking. I definitely would recommend this location and beautiful home to anyone. Thanks Tom for a great stay!

Summary: Enjoyed a relaxing four day family Thanksgiving get together with our two daughters & their husbands and our 17 yr old son. The home has nice, new bathrooms, bedrooms and flooring throughout the home. Enjoyed the dining room, living room and gas fireplace in the family room. WiFi and YouTubeTV for Thanksgiving football was great! Tom was fantastic providing clear, timely communication as well as prompt replies. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends.
