THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...
Upon entering through the front door, you’ll immediately know you’ve stepped foot in a special home. The cool island tones and coastal modern furnishings provide a sense of comfort. Swing open the back doors to let the tropical breezes to flow in. The plush sofa and loveseat provide plenty of comfortable seating options for your group to gather in front of the large flat screen HD Smart TV. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six and two extra seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen offers brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all of the tools you'll need to prepare meals at home. There is a half bathroom on the main floor for convenience.
THE BACKYARD...
Fully fenced and surrounded by lush landscaping, the backyard of SALTWATER SAPPHIRE is completely private and will surely be a primary gathering place for your group. Soak up the sun or escape to the shaded patio, both of which offer comfortable seating. Fire up the propane grill for an outdoor meal using the outdoor dining set with seating for four. There’s even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the pool or beach.

Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. Within Truman Annex, this home is one of a handful tucked away off Fleming Street. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. The community pool is just down the street, with plenty of chaises and restrooms for convenience.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
