Summary: I didn’t like them charging me $100 dollars on my credit card and then they said it would come back on my card. I understand holding a card but not charging me.

Summary: room was spacious, clean and comfortable would have liked closer parking other than valet parking (which wasn't open) ad availability of luggage racks without having to call for a bell hop

Summary: Was not impressed. Hot tub was broken whole stay, hair dryer was broken and called front desk then waited over 40 minutes no one came so went to store and bought own. Asked for towels but no one brought so had to have friend go down and ask then they brought some. One of phones in room didn’t work at all and other one press front desk and nothing had to dial 0 to get someone to get front desk. Fire alarm went off twice. Was really upset when it went off at 11 at night and woke us up. Everyone had to walk down 11 flights of stairs only for guy to say it was a false alarm. Hotel needs some updates to some of its things.

Summary: Hotel.com does not tell you the hotel you book puts a $100 hole on your credit card till Hotel.com pays the invoice. Won’t use again. The hotel will tell you to book thru them to Save money.

Summary: Hot Tub wasn't hot !!! ever for 4 days Fire Alarm at 11 pm telling us to evacuate NO staff around to explain Alarm went off again Sunday am just long enough to wake us up too early No working refrigerator for 36 hrs after check-in and 4 calls to front desk Pool closed Sunday am for hours...no reason Did not receive $10 credit per day. Asked front desk twice about " they would check on it"

Summary: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The covered parking was wonderful with temperature controlled sky bridge, don't worry about rain. Within walking distance to aquarium, convention center, farmer's market and several retaurants (moderately walkable if you can do 4-8 blocks). Our room was not serviced at all (no trash removal, bed made, towels, cleaning, etc.) until I asked 4 days in. This surprised me as we were staying for 5 nights (I accumulated extra trash onto dresser top). No microwave in room so don't plan to warm up your left overs the next day, there is a bar refrigerator. I'd understand if it was a shorter stay. Cleaned the bathroom floor myself, which is not how I want to spend my vacation time. Others in our group had service daily, so I don't know why this was overlooked. Otherwise I would give 4 stars. Property is a little dated, but not too much. It was quiet with no train or airplane noise to speak of. The coffee and ice cream bar area was a great place to grab something quickly. The new coffee equipment was not operational so only brewed coffee, no specialty coffee available yet. Could have been better and could have been worse. Was given an upgrade to a suite and extended check out time (not sure why) - that might explain the housekeeping snafu. For price point property was good. People in all of Shreveport were very friendly.
