3 Bedroom House in Sunlight Beach, Clinton

Whether you are traveling with your family or friends, our Sunlight Beach home offers a wonderful opportunity to experience one of nicest beach communities on Whidbey Island. Located on Useless Bay, Sunlight Beach is a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood.
Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath beachfront home sits right on Sunlight Beach on Useless Bay. The main floor has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area. All of these areas have a wide open view of the beach and water.
There is a large dining table that seats 8 as well counter seating for 4 in the kitchen. The living room has french doors that open up to a sun room. The sun room has garage style doors to create an 'outdoor' space when the weather is nice.
The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and it's own bathroom with a toilet and sink. There is one full bathroom in the house and that is on the main floor. Upstairs we have 2 more bedrooms, each with queen beds, and large windows looking out towards the water.
There is a grassy area between the house and the beach sand which is a great spot for outdoor games.
Please note that beach fires are not allowed.
We are very centrally located on the south end of the island. Langley, Freeland and the Clinton ferry terminal are all within a 15 minute drive. There is a grocery store, a few restaurants & coffee shops, and a wine shop all within a couple of miles.
We are in a very friendly beach community with neighbors close by, so if you are looking for a party spot this won't be a good option for you. Day guests are not permitted at the house, only registered guests are allowed.
Parking is limited to 2 cars at any time. Street parking is not available.

Summary: We have stayed here before and will stay here again. It’s a great rental with everything we need in a great location on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The house is very clean and is a great size for our family.

Summary: Loved this location so much. The beach is amazing when the tide is out, close to everything, quiet, relaxing, just what we needed. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Everything was clean and cozy and the sun porch was heavenly! Would definitely return. :)

Summary: We loved staying here. Watching the tides come in and out and the birds migrating across the bay in the mornings and back in the evenings filled our time. The kids loved just walking straight out to the beach every day or walks along sunlight road to look for blackberries. The house had multiple places to sit and we ate dinner out on the deck multiple times. We all loved it and appreciated the slow lifestyle. Thank you!

Summary: Well, all I can say is my husband wants to add garage doors to our home. Having the ability to bring the outside into the space was so nice. The only draw back for some people would be the steep stairs going to the upstairs bedrooms and no bathroom up there. But trust me, the home was warm and cozy and we loved every minute of our time there. It was hard to leave.

Summary: This was our third year in this well appointed beach cabin with a gorgeous panoramic view of the puget sound , Olympic mountains and mt Rainer in the distance. We spent our days walking the beach , reading on the deck , playing golf and exploring near by Langley . The property manager Patti was fabulous as always. Definitely a five star retreat!

Summary: This was a perfect place for three friends to spend a weekend knitting and relaxing. The view is amazing and we loved the deck and sun porch. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. It is an older house, but very comfortable. It was so quiet and relaxing. The beach access is easy and its so nice to have a deck, lovely yard and beach right off the back door of the house,
