Positive: Room and balcony was clean and modern. There’s a fridge, hair dryer, and universal plug sockets at bedside tables. Provided us with bottled water, tea/coffee and plenty of amenities in the en suite. Also has good water pressure & AC, four pillows, blackout curtains, umbrellas and a very yummy breakfast served to your balcony at your chosen time. The staff were so lovely and helpful, and also gave us a great welcome drink!

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Negative: We were very happy with our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient for everywhere. The hotel was spotless, and it had a warm and peaceful family-run atmosphere. Everyone was always smiling, kind, and helpful. They truly did their best to make their guests comfortable and happy. We felt very relaxed and welcomed during our stay. If we come back again, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything 🙏

Positive: Everything was perfect. The breakfast, the clean room, and the host. I really liked the host's flexibility - one day I had to leave at 7 am before breakfast time, so the host made my breakfast to go. The area is calm and the Ubud Market is about 5 min walk. I will come back if I am in Ubud again.

Negative: Nothing I can think of.

Summary: It's a great place to stay in Ubud as it is in the centre but without the noise.

Positive: I had such an amazing stay at Sandat Garden House. The pictures are exactly what it looks like in real life. It’s tucked away just off the centre of Ubud so perfect location/ walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! The room was so clean and surrounded by so many beautiful trees and nature, such a hidden gem. Every morning you have a breakfast of your choice bought to your room and it was amazing prepared with love. Honestly this was highlight of my morning!! The family who run it are so kind and thoughtful and made sure you had everything you needed and felt really at home. I stayed here solo and felt so safe and comfortable. This place is relatively new only opened in February it deserves so much recognition, definitely stay here if you’re visiting Ubud it was such an overall lovely experience! I’ll definitely be back! ✨😊

Positive: Fantastic place run by two brothers in their family compound. Just opened so everything is brand new and super clean. They treat this guest house as their own house and you can see the effort they put into making sure it is run very well/go the extra mile to keep it clean/be responsive etc. super accommodating and one of the brothers (deknik) is a driver too if you need airport pick up or drop off for very reasonable price. Excellent english if you are worried about that. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious. Location is excellent. Overlooks a river so it is nice and quiet. Internet and aircon both work great.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Dont come here if you want a bland big hotel chain experience and just want to watch tv all day though! (Because there is no tv, which is a good thing).

Summary: Excellent new guest house overlooking nature. Extraordinary value. Lovely people.

Positive: I had a peaceful stay in this family run guesthouse It's very affordable and quiet with a very pretty secluded garden full of butterflies Ajus. Deknik and family made sure I was comfortable and brought breakfast to me every morning. They also checked I was ok as I was having some down time after a stressful time. I would go back for sure.

Positive: I liked everything about this guest house! Clean, spacious room with ample storage, fantastic hot shower at any time, lovely crisp cotton linen on very comfortable beds! I stayed in a top floor room with far reaching views for 7 nights, then extended my stay in a room looking out over the jungle for another 10 nights. The family that own and run the guest house are so kind and caring… they make sure that everything is perfect. The breakfast is delivered at your preferred time and is fresh, healthy and delicious. This is by far the best guest house I’ve stayed in! Special thanks to Ajus and Deknik for making my stay so special! 🙏🏼
