This modern, stylish, family and pet friendly ground floor apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 persons. Located in the heart of Sandbanks, a short 5 min walk to the sandy beach and local shops.
Off road parking for 2 cars, private garden, wifi and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout.
Master bedroom King size bed with en-suite shower room NB shower does loose a little power during peak times mainly July & August. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, Bedroom 3, single bed. Family bathroom. All bed linen included, pillows, duvets, pillow cases, duvet covers and sheets.
Open plan living room features modern well equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven/hob/extractor fan. Dining area with table overlooks the rear garden and leads into lounge area which is furnished with sofa , arm chairs and tv and doors opening onto the enclosed private garden.
Pet friendly.

Summary: Just returned after a weeks stay had a fantastic holiday,The apartment is in a great location for the beach and the ferry also very comfortable and well equipped could not want for anything, Steve the property manager was very helpful and informative. The only negative is the garden it’s in some desperate need of TLC it’s very tired and with some loose decking and coping stones on the wall needs attention ASAP the photos of the garden are out of date.The plus point is the garden furniture is very comfortable which made up for the tired Garden.

Summary: We had a really lovely time at Sandbanks. Great apartment for location to beach and more or less everything else. Apartment really nice, everything there you could want. Steve really helpful.. Hope to be back next year.

Summary: Location perfect for beaches & touring the area. We chose it for elderly relative with mobility issues. The area has many flat level paths and walks. Our expectations were high with the location and the property description. The apartment however, was dirty. The fridge had mould in it as did the ensuite, no extractor fan. The ensuite shower drain needs clearing, water at risk of overflowing the tray. The lounge had cobwebs on the wall. The dishwasher filter was caked in fat and filthy inside as was the oven. Dishwasher and kettle needed descaling. No wine glasses, no tea pot. Pots and pans were dirty. The list goes on regarding crockery et al. In general the place was tired and needs a deep clean. The positives were that as a base to visit local attractions and beaches it was perfect. Area isn't cheap for dining out or coffees but the range of eateries is wide and varied. Quiet location and garden private with comfortable furniture. Host helpful with issues.

Summary: Fantastic location, a few minutes stroll to either Sandbanks beach or to the ferry to take you over to Studland. The property was clean, modern and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the patio furniture was so comfortable! Beds were good too. Communication with Steve was great, he was so helpful. We really appreciated the text to say we could occupy the property much earlier than the scheduled time. Thanks Steve, we look forward to coming back soon

Summary: The property was above expectations. Excellent location , very spacious light and airy . Great large outdoor space and all very modern . Host was very communicative and helpful . Truly couldn’t wish for more . I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit !

Summary: We needed dog friendly accommodation for three adults and of course 'doggo', near to the gorgeous dog friendly sands of Sandbanks. This property ticked every box. Spacious, clean, and well appointed with two parking spaces. Could not fault it, even down to the welcome pack. Managed by Steve who was very helpful. Will definitely be back. Fabulous. Thank you.
