Make Unforgettable memories at this newly constructed 2022 luxury home 4BR/4.5BR two level Beach house with its Own, Pristine & quiet Beach nestled at the most serene and enchanting part of the Forgotten Coast of Florida- Shell Point Beach. Don’t miss out on the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets or the bright stars of the Milky Way. Enhance your views of the Milky Way and stars from our second deck balcony while looking through the lens of our telescope.
The space

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is made for cooking! For your convenience, it’s equipped with a double oven, warming drawer, microwave drawer, induction cooktop, ice maker, dishwasher, keurig coffee machine . The kitchen has seating for eight at the table, four at the island and three at the wall table for a total of 15. Make sure you're the first to the table so you can grab the best seat to enjoy the ocean views out of the two eight foot by twelve foot sliding glass doors. If you watch closely you might catch the dolphins playing or a sighting of a manatee or two.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a King bed, master bathroom connected with his and her vanity, extra large walk-in shower with seating and a rain head, private bathroom with a bidet. Don’t forget to turn your exhaust fan on so you can Bluetooth your favorite music while showering.
OTHER BEDROOMS
There are three additional bedrooms, two have queen beds and a private bathroom each. The third has a queen/ twin bunk bed and uses a common bathroom.
THE FIRST FLOOR
The first floor has the Kitchen, master bedroom, powder room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a large sectional couch with spectacular views of the ocean.
SECOND FLOOR
Has three bedrooms, a common bathroom with a shower, foosball table, pac-Man game console, card game table, sectional couch and a couch with a pull out bed. If needed there is a blowup bed located in the closet of the bunk room.
DECKS
Both floors enjoy their own 10’x36’ decks with seating.
ELEVATOR
If you don’t want to get all your steps in while on vacation you can use our custom elevator. It makes a breeze of hauling groceries and luggage to the different floors. Remember though the elevator is not a toy and should not be used without adult supervision.

Summary: This house had everything that you could need on a beach vacation. Leave your beach chairs, beach towels and so much more at home. All you need to pack is some food and your clothes. The kitchen in the house is equipped with everything and more! Ample supply of nice dishes and cookware. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our whole family. The hosts were so gracious and were very quick to respond to us with any needs or questions we had. The house sits right on the water/beach so it was very convenient to get the littles in for naps etc. without much trouble. On the other side of the house, across the road are boat ramps/launch. A couple in our group hired a guide for a day of fishing. Very convenient, they just walked across to meet the guide. Would definitely recommend this house and would definitely stay there again. Oh yeah, beverage fridge and separate ice maker in the kitchen was a major plus! High end everything! The hosts have done a fabulous job with this house.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay! Ed went above and beyond—providing more than just the essentials. The home was truly “move-in ready” and exceeded all of our expectations. It was immaculately clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Ed was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. No complaints at all—everything was beyond perfect. Highly recommend!

Summary: I give this property a 100/10! Mr. Edward was so nice and answered all my questions. The property itself was immaculate and fit all our needs. We specifically got it for family that was coming down to my partner’s graduation and they absolutely loved it. The drive back to Tallahassee and the FSU campus was not bad at all, maybe 40 minutes. This house has everything from a fire pit near the water, to water toys, to a gas grill for impromptu barbecues. We will definitely be back again!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, brand-new home! It rained for a couple of days during our trip, but being in such a lovely, well-appointed place made it easy to still enjoy our time. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, which made everything seamless. They truly thought of everything—from wood and lighter fluid for the fire to life jackets, sunscreen, and kayaks. The beach felt so private, and there weren’t many people nearby, which made it even more peaceful. It was clear a lot of care went into making sure guests have everything they need. We can't wait to come back!

Summary: 4 Friends got together for their 1st Girls Trip. The pictures on this site do not do the house justice. The house is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is amazing with the ice maker and the hidden cupboards for glasses and spices. The Master Suite Bathroom has a heated toilet seat and a Bodey...how bougie is that.... Ed the owner is GREAT such a nice man. He gave us tips on where to go for good seafood and attractions. If you are planning a trip to Tallahassee look no further book this house you will not be disappointed

Summary: We loved Sandy Feet. It was better than expected. Beautiful views from both porches. It was a quiet family area. The kitchen was fantastic. Well stocked. There was plenty of space for 8 adults. Family memories made in a wonderful setting.
