Our home is located on a quiet neighborhood in the middle of downtown Midtown Tallahassee. This separate guest quarters has its own patio which overlooks our swimming pool. We are 3 miles from FSU Campus and only 1/4 mile from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. We are less than 1 mile from Governors Square Mall and just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. Your room has a queen size bed, private bathroom, along with a mini-fridge for drinks along with a Keurig pot for coffee and tea. Our whole house has a soft water system which also removes chlorine. We are Superhosts with Air*bnb and want to extend that level of service to you through HomeAway/VRBO.

Summary: This is the best place we’ve ever stayed in Tallahassee. Wish we had longer to stay. We would’ve went out and sat by the pool. Everything is just like it says on the Vrbo property. So clean you could do the white glove test. We did not get to meet with the owners. But everything was just like they said it would be more.! Thank you for the stay Donna Kincaid.

Summary: This space provides plenty of privacy. I appreciated the top notch landscaping and decor - some professional resorts could take notes. We needed to arrive after hours several nights due to travel requirements, easily accommodated by Sean and Jacki's setup. Several personal touches, like the "hosts and city" binder and messaging responsiveness, made us feel cared for, as actual guests.

Summary: This lovely guest space in a beautiful neighborhood is a garden paradise. The room has everything you could need and is beautifully decorated. The garden patio out back allowed for quiet study and enjoying the view. The hosts are two of the kindest people you’ll ever meet and made the whole experience amazing.
