Positive: The Breakfast was excellent lots of choices and delicious. The room was very clean and the sheets were nicely pressed. The pool looked inviting but it was not yet open for the season and it was a little chilly.

Negative: I think they could replace the bedspreads on the beds with a duvet. It seemed a bit dated. Other than that everything was good.

Summary: Excellent location with parking, not far from Train station. Easy to get a cab to the center city.

Positive: Hotel was very nice. There was a big infinity pool with plenty of pool chairs for use. Room was spacious and wifi worked great. The bar was open 24 hours and offered alcohol, soft drinks, water, ice cream, and sandwiches. Staff was always friendly and helped with calling taxi's, directions, and explaining bus routes. Hotel is a 30 min walk from train station and mall. Train station is just a few minutes by car or bus. Once you get to the bus station, the walled city of Siena is about a 5 minute walk away.

Negative: Honestly I was pretty happy with everything. I have no complaints.

Negative: The rooms are comfortable but basic. No balconies. The location is outside of Siena so need to take the bus into town or walk to station. This is fine but be aware there are lots of hills. Only one (very good) restaurant in the area.
