Positive: Spacious and comfortable room with good bed and shower and a well equipped kitchen. Nice outside area with swimming pool (from 1 may - 1 oktober). Free parking in a closed gate. Very nice host. Just 15 minutes drive from Siena where you can park at Stadium, which is most close to apartment and cheaper than city parkings.

Positive: We enjoyed how homey this stay was. The owner met us and showed us around when we checked into the apartment. He had breakfast items enough for 2-3 days in the kitchen and coffee for us, which meant we could relax and not need to run out to the grocery store. It is great if you are traveling by car because you have private parking, which is free. The view from the pool area was spectacular even though the pool is only open beginning May, so we weren’t able to enjoy it. This place was well worth the $100 per night we paid in April to be near Siena. We liked that we weren’t directly in the city.

Negative: The only downfall was the strength of the WiFi. While the WiFi never went out, we found it pretty slow. My husband has to take Zoom calls for work and it definitely strained to accommodate, but it did work. If fast internet isn’t a necessity for you when traveling, this is a gem. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed we have slept on but we expected that going into the stay. Again, we loved our stay and would stay again.

Positive: Great and quiet location, nice views over Tuscany Hills, and close to Siena Center. Old and beautiful land-house in Italien style, very beautiful garden, and good kitchen for cooking. Love it! Fridge was full with food for breakfast and the host is super friendly and takes care!

Positive: Very beautiful location, perfect escape in Tuscany's nature. The staff left us some bread, croissants and fresh dairy products in the kitchen/fridge for breakfast which was really nice. The room is quite big and we absolutely loved the swimming pool :) Great price for such place.

Negative: The only problematic part - is the location if you are travelling without the car. Public transportation is hard to reach - 20-30 min walk uphill and downhill, and most of the time we were relying on taxi which also wasn't always guaranteed

Positive: We had a lovely stay at the BNB. The room was lovely in an old farmhouse, the swimming pool area was scenic and the host Andreas was very welcoming, he even cooked us a beautiful 4 course meal.

Negative: The air conditioning system proved struggled to cool the room in the hot Tuscan summer heat.
