Summary: The B&B is really good. The rooms is beautiful and hás everything you need. The breakfast is served at your room and you can choose what you want.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was perfectly clean and well appointed. The location was fabulous, across from the fountain and at the base of the escalators taking you up the hill to the cathedral. Finding the hotel is difficult. Make sure you come in from below or you will find yourself driving down tiny alleys like I did. There is no sign outside but the the hotel is directly across from the three arched grotto containing the spring/fountain. Our hostess was so kind and met us outside and helped us in with our luggage. There is parking behind the hotel but it is hard to find from the street. Highly recommend.

Summary: Very disappointing. Not luxury. We met someone to give us the key but we seemed rushed as she just wanted us to pay. The radiator and air con wasn’t working. No outside space. Property in a car park. Goid parking though. Bad instructions to find the property.

Summary: The property is fine. But because it is inside the city walls it is confhsing to get to and where to know where and if you can park. Perhaps something lost in the translation. It was just ok

Summary: Lovely clean bright quiet place. Other reviews mentioned the escalator next door up to the top of the city. This was really useful. Loved having h breakfast brought to the room and a table set in the room. Spacious and comfortable. Thank you

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay! Delicious Breakfast brought to your room door and a perfect location! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Despite prior instructions for parking were given, these crazy Americans still had troubles— Staff saved the day!!! So clean, quiet and great place in Siena! Highly recommend
