Summary: This was a fabulous location and close to all the major sites. This was especially so because the six or seven escalators were within steps from our room, which made it easier to get up to without a heart attack and enjoy the splinters of Siena. The property was very updated, breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had an apartment for 3 people. It was very spacious: large room with beds, a couple chairs and small table. The kitchenette had sink, cupboards, microwave, small table, coffee maker (with pods ). The bathroom was long and narrow, big for European standards. The location was good, away from the crowds. Parking in Santa Caterina garage is ideal. Park there, and the owner can give you a QR code to present upon exiting for a cheaper price. All the apartments are located in the same general area but not all attached to one another. I believe some apartments come with breakfast included, ours did not which was fine. The owner was nice. Check in starts at 3.

Summary: Spacious apartment - loved having a separate living space and bedroom so that when one of us was up earlier or later than the other, we could move around without waking them up. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The location is great - loved having the town escalators right next to us for easy access to the top of the hill. San Domenica was a short walk up the stairs and it was easy to catch the bus there to the train station (not the easiest walk with luggage but still very do-able!).

Summary: Ciao!!! The room eas very clean and beautifully decorated. The property is very well located near to the electronic escalators to go into the historic center and depending on the room provides great views of iconic buildings. Very convenient service of complete breakfast to the room. Simona, the owner, was very kind, accesible (always in contact making sure everything was great w our stay), and as a local very understandable of Siena's particularities helping w directions & transit permit.
