Positive: A great 2 bed town house, near to training course. Easy parking, clean and well managed property. Easy instructions on entering and leaving the property.
Negative: It could do with some coat hooks and bedside lights. Also garden is about 4 ft square and overlooked, so a few days stay was fine, house too small for anything longer.
Summary: Great house idealy for just a short stay, clean, warm.

Positive: Close to Cardiff city centre. Nice new bathroom and kitchen clearly the property has had an extension on which was high quality and nice. In turn significantly reducing the garden to a tiny square though. Shower and bath very nice and modern.
Negative: No toilet roll supplied. Tea towel clearly had skid marks on it in kitchen drawer! it appeared someone wiped their bottom with it after they’ve run out of toilet roll. Quite disgusting luckily we got some from the shop around the corner. But I realised the shtty towel in the kitchen drawer with a brown stain on it after using it to wipe the surfaces down and came to this conclusion of events. Sad to see. So called caretaker wants to be more thorough as this cannot be happening. Tiny bed had to sleep with legs bent as wooden board on end of bed cannot even lay with legs fully extended which hurt my back. Also my partner suffered worse as he is 6ft 4 and was like a cripple after two nights in the bed. Annoying code for door to get in the property could be troublesome and unreliable if electrics fail. Was easy to use though.

Positive: Location was good. Shops nearby and easy to access the city centre. Property was also nicely furnished, had all thats needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Positive: The check in process was clearly spelt out through mails and texts, gaining access was pretty seamless. Nice apartment with very beautiful design. Location was central to the places I needed to visit. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Cardiff.
