Positive: We loved the pool, the comfort of the room and really friendly staff. Big parking, perfectly for travelling with rental car. The restaurant has limited dishes for dinner but they taste really good. Great cocktails and treats if you're staying in the pool. Loved our stay.

Negative: The breakfast needs to be more variated. It was really tasteful but for people staying for more than 3 days it's difficult to have the same things for 7 days.

Positive: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed peaceful, restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the stunning pool area. The pool itself was crystal clear, the perfect temperature, and large enough to enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of day.

Positive: My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and we had an incredible time. The facilities are all new and everything is very clean. The staff were incredible, particularly the two ladies at breakfast and the lady at the front desk who was super helpful throughout our stay! She helped us book an excursion to Etna and was super accommodating to any questions or help we needed throughout our stay. Also, you can tell the staff there are friends with each other as well, which creates such a positive environment as a guest. We really had an amazing time, the best and most attentive service we’ve ever received at a hotel!!! Highly recommend, I didn’t want to leave!!
