Summary: Nice house with a special outdoor area and pleasant swimming pool with beautiful views of Mount Etna. Lots to see and do in the area within a 45 minute drive: Catania, Taormina, Etna. Friendly and helpful owners. Need a car for shopping and eating out. Located on a main road. You hear that, but it is not annoying. Friendly and helpful owners.

Summary: We had a fantastic week in this lovely house. The pool area was great and the pool was both large and deep. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and there were many lovely lounge areas. Extra cozy to be able to sit and watch the volcano Etna in the evening. Fantastic hosts who made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Property very tastefully furnished, friendly hosts (who speak very little English). OK for 2 people, would be a bit tight for 4. Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island.

Summary: Although in a village, the apartment manages to be tucked away down a small road, completely out of sight. The hosts are marvellous and easy-going and nothing was too much trouble for them. Not only that but Gisella cooked us a fantastic meal one evening. Lovely pool too.

Summary: It was a lovely place to stay. Good starting point for visiting the Etna, Taormina, Siracusa, Noto... Some problems with hot water in the shower but they immediately fixed it with a smile . The cooking area was outside so that gave us a camping feeling. Great place, but it must be warm and sunny to fully enjoy it.

Summary: We stayed in Villa Luna with a nice kitchen outside. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is furnished with all necessary things. We had a great and relaxing time. Thank you for the nice days :)

Summary: The pictures don't lie; this property is wonderful; secluded, tasteful and relaxing with everything provided. Beautifully maintained and kept by very conscientious and friendly owners who had wonderful tips for where to go. Safe, off-road parking and everything close at hand. We loved Taormina, Stromboli, Etna... Etnaland AquaPark was a big hit with the boys! Will be highly recommending this property to all! Thank you for a wonderful stay to the Grippaldi family.
