This super luxurious holiday home is quietly located, has a large garden with a beautiful heated private swimming pool on the side of the house. Santoneige is only 2 km from a village with a restaurant and bakery. This beautiful place Montignac is only a 5-minute drive away, here you will find cozy restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, etc.

Santoneige has been furnished with great care and style. The living area is on the ground floor. Are you looking for something very special and do you want to surround yourself with luxury, then this is the perfect holiday home for you! It has a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen and cooking island. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and pool. From the hallway you can go to the bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200, the other bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200. Ideal for 2 friends or a family with 2 children.
Outside
Entrance with driveway, large carport for 2 cars and a beautifully landscaped garden of approximately 2000m2. To the side of the house (next to the living room) is a lovely private heated pool and BBQ!
