Positive: It is a straightforward practical hotel. Clean and the staff are available to help. Location is good. A ten minute walk to the railway station and then regular trains into Copenhagen Main Station only a couple of stops away.

Negative: Immediate area round the hotel isn’t scenic but plenty of green space 10 mins away in a massive cemetary

Positive: Breakfast was good

Negative: Sauna wasn't on or it was super cold (was supposed to be on until 22, it was before 21 when I tried). The staff was pretty icy, even my travel company noticed that. Not sure if it was because of booking via booking.com or If they had a bad day. Next time I would stay closer to the center although train station was close

Positive: Very friendly staff, great foyer, lots of places to sit. Room was clean, spacious, comfy beds.

Negative: Slightly out of the way, but easy to get in and out of the city centre. Worth if for the hotel, though.
