Welcome to Bella's By the Bay. A special place to make memories with your friends and family. Enjoy the serenity and peace you deserve while on vacation without compromising the convenience of being close to town.
The home is a 3br/ 1ba ranch style house located down a one lane road, lined with pecan trees. You will likely be greeted by the resident horses across the street before turning onto the gravel driveway. Once entering the house, you will notice a cozy wood burning fireplace to use on chilly nights. The open floor plan combines living, dining and kitchen area to make it easy for entertaining larger groups.
The living room has a large sectional sofa, that is very comfortable to sleep extra guests, relax with the family, play board games or watch movies on a rainy day. The flat screen smart TV is equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon, YouTube TV.
The kitchen is well equipped for everything you need to make your favorite meals as well as a propane grill in the backyard for all your barbecue needs. Basic condiments and spices are also available for your use. Keurig coffee and teas are available as well as a drip coffee pot and coffee. There is a dishwasher with pods included to make your clean up easy.
The home has one bathroom, but making the most of the space, the double vanity is separated by a door that encloses the bath/shower and toilet. So multiple people can use the space when getting ready for the day. All basic toiletries are provided plus some extra items in case you forgot anything.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious with closets and dressers to unpack and feel at home. All bedrooms have their own smart tv. Check out each room before picking your space. Every mattress and pillow is different to fit everyone's needs.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent provided. Iron, ironing board, and steamer also available if needed. Plenty of extra room for sandy beach toys and coolers. There is also a doggy door installed that leads to the fenced back yard.
The house sits on an acre lot so there's plenty of space to relax. The front porch is great for enjoying some peace and quiet in the morning watching the horses. The backyard is just as enjoyable but more of a gathering atmosphere. The pergola, outdoor furniture, and grill makes it a fun place to enjoy with everyone.

Summary: My wife and her friends has a girls gettaway. She hasnt stopped talking abiut hiw great the property is and how nice it was for the little extras Niki did to make it great. It was rainy the whole time but they didnt care because the olace is so cozy

Summary: I highly recommend this property! It was clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and had a ton of amenities, such as a nice welcome basket upon arrival, toiletries, and beach gear. It was like staying at a friend’s house, and Niki was extremely responsive. She goes above and beyond as a host. I would absolutely stay at her place again.

Summary: This home was a lovely place to rest between family engagements for a wedding. Everything is provided you could want, even some niceties like snacks and wine which we did not need but still nice to have. The only negative was the decorative towels had soured I am sure from being wet and not washed promptly by guests. I just swapped them out for the fluffy green towels in the linen closet. If I ever need to stay in Fairhope again I will definitely call for this comfortable home which is perfect for a family or couple, close & convenient to everything and easy to navigate.

Summary: Stayed the month of Feb 2024. Place was very cute and clean. Large fenced in back yard for the dog worked out well. The area is very picturesque with numerous horse farms. Easy drive to the beach in Fairhope as well as the Gulf Shores beaches.

Summary: Niki accommodated my husband and I on short notice. Her place is beautifully decorated and comfortable and clean. The backyard which is fenced in was perfect for our dog. Would definitely stay there again.
