3 Bedroom House in Warrington, Warrington Beach

15 minutes north of Dunedin, Warrington is one of otago's safest swimming beaches, patrolled over summer and always popular with kayakers or surfers when the weather is rough. A short walk from the house is Blueskin bay where you can explore the many tracks or forage for cockels (southern clams) or oysters if you know where to look.
A walkway below the house leads to rocks where you can try fishing or collecting paua, the kids will be occupied for days!
There are many interesting drives within an hour of Warrington, the Orokonui sanctuary, the back road to Port Chalmers and Dunedin, wildlife tours of Otago Peninsula or just exploreing Dunedins many attractions.
North is the coastal route to Karitane for fishing charters, kayak hires and another fantastic beach.
Further up the coast is Moeraki fishing village, the well known "boulders" and a great restaurant.
Within an hour is Qamaru and its historic buildings.
The house has commanding views over Warrington beach and all the way to Taiora heads where you can watch ships comming and going.
Our "crib" is around 20 years old, it has always been used as a holiday bach and is pet friendly, it is simpley furnished, warm and inviting.
Special conditions:
Maximum occupancy is eight⁷ persons. Overnight visitors beyond this number are not permitted in or on the property.
Pets may be permitted with consultation and payment of a special cleaning fee.
Credit card details and debit consent may be required to cover any damage or exceptional cleaning costs.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to give the house a basic clean and do the dishes before you leave. Our cleaner will take care of the linen change, deep cleaning and vacumming.

Summary: Great holiday house, had everything we needed, two decks give options for outdoor seating depending on wind direction. Great view and proximity to the beach. Would recommend and look to book again in the future.

Summary: Despite some atrocious weather we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the seaside location. It was only 20min to pop into Dunedin and there are lots of great places to explore within 1 hours drive north and south. Highlyrecommended recommended

Summary: We had 3 days away wish that we’d booked a few more nights. The views are spectacular the scenery is ever changing. A great place to chill the balcony is a sun trap we sat out there with a book enjoying the sun. We were fortunate that we were able to bring our dog with us ,the beach was doggie paradise for him We highly recommend this place close to Dunedin along with many other places to explore. We will certainly be back An added bonus was waking up to hearing the waves and the birds singing.

Summary: This was my favourite place in our whirlwind tour of NZ. Lovely house with character, choice of decks to have breakfast on, gazing at beautiful views. My ensuite bedroom was gorgeous. I really felt at home here. Just wish we had been able to stay longer. I will definitely return. Love the Warrington Beach area.

Summary: We’ve stayed at Mark’s place before and every time we visit, we don’t want to leave. The views are stunning, the beach is quiet and amazing for a long walk, our dog was in his element! Also very close to Dunedin city with all its amenities such as supermarkets, shopping and culture. This place is a wee gem.
