Our Sea Breeze rental home has a full kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room and a separate dining room as well. In addition, this lovely vacation home has a Florida room that opens onto the beautiful backyard with private pool.
Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
This is ideal for family gatherings and barbeques, yet it's steps to the beach. This charming vacation rental is one of a kind in the Clearwater Beach area. It is located in the famous Carlouel subdivision, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our beautiful home is only a short distance to restaurants, entertainment, Pier 60, and the Jolley Trolley stops close by.

The beach is just 2 minutes round the corner. And the house has everything you need for the beach. We definitely recomment this place!

Summary: We had an amazing time at this location. The house was clean and had close access to the beach. The private pool and backyard definitely was a plus. Mona was efficient and helpful with booking and communication! We will definitely be back again to visit.

Within 3-5 minute walk, the beach was visited multiple times a day. We had wonderful shelling, sand dollar seeking and manatee encounter experiences. The rental accommodations were easy for the 3 families(9 people). Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of seating at dining table. Additional porch refrigerator was a huge plus for ice and beverages. Lots and lots with variety seating outside. The pool was a hit with very little ones. The property management personnel were quick and responsive to our questions as we became used to our new surroundings. Definitely would recommend!

She is responsive, friendly, and informative. Loved being around the corner from the beach and about a mile from beautiful Caladesi Island. Quiet beautiful residential neighborhood but don’t need your car as the trolley stop is just a few blocks away. Property was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Did report to Mona that the screen door to Lanai is in need of repair. Highly recommend! Can’t beat the location. Will definitely return!

The location was amazing, it fit 8 people comfortably, the pool was great, and the customer service was also good. The only thing that would’ve improved it would be if the interior doors locked, but we just remembered to knock before going into the bathrooms. Overall, we would stay here again.
