Summary: We had some very nice days in the little house. The house has everything you need. During the night you can listen to the waves and in the morning you see the sunrise from the bed. Thank you !

Summary: We have had a very nice stay at Villasimius.The house is located in front of the see and the beach is just one minute walk. Sitting on our terrace we had stunning vieuws over the sea and the mountains. It a really quiet place where you could hear the waves. We loved it. The house is equipe with everthing you need. We could lent towels from michelle when we asked for it. That was kind. We really recommend this place. We were staying at the last week of october a lot of restaurants and bars were closed because the season was over. Only in the mainstreet restaurants were open. We will definitely come back! Summary: The given description and pictures are showing the actual status. The house is kept in a very good condition and represents the sardinian style, it's also kept neat and clean and supplies all necessities to spend a comfortable holiday. Although kitchen and bathroom are rather small in size, all facilities are working properly, like water and gas supply. Two outdoor showers in front of the complex supply a sweet water rinse-off after returning from the beach. The roof top offers a great overview of the bay and recommends itself for star gazing at night, red wine is optional ;-)) Michele is always interested in making the stay of his guest a comfortable one. Needless to say, the nearby beach is one of the nicest beaches in this area, less than 5 minutes away on foot. The water is splendid for swimming and snorkeling. Excellent restaurants, bars and basic grocery shops are within walking distance. Villasimius can be reached in only 10 minutes by car and offers lots of shops, bars and restaurants. At any time, we would recommend the house and its host to friends and family. We spent our third holiday and will return as often as possible!!
