Summary: This was the best location to listen to the waves and smell the ocean while relaxing. It had all the amenities you could need, plus comfy beds and a great shower. Mike was available if we needed anything as well. It's a climb to the top floor, so pack efficiently! Otherwise, a perfect place to enjoy our perfrct place! p effc

Summary: If you can imagine yourself falling asleep to the sound of waves; sipping your morning coffee as the sun comes up over the beach stretching out before you; or kicking back on your private balcony with an afternoon refreshment - this place is for you! I came across this rental when I was looking for a last minute stay-cation with a friend, a former seacoast resident herself. We had a great time - and then I extended my stay because I just couldn't leave. As someone who has lived on the seacoast for about 15 years, I feel like I can speak with some authority when I say this: Book Now! You won't be disappointed.

Summary: We’ve been coming to York for 18 years and the BallyHeaphy was the best place we have ever stayed! Mike was extremely welcoming, our space was immaculate, bright and warming! The location you can beat and the view forget about it was amazing! I walked in and immediately fell in love with the place! Thank you Mike for everything, we can’t wait to return!
