-We have a Saturday to Saturday seven-night minimum during June and July. A three-night minimum all other times.
This spacious one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the scenic Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.
Relax in comfort in the large living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and enjoy not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

Summary: We found this Villa while searching for a last minute rental to go to the beach and celebrate our oldest grandson’s 4th birthday. What a gem we found. The Villa was extremely clean and well stocked. We will be staying here again when it’s not so hot and crowded at Sunset Beach.

Summary: The host owners were great to work with in making the reservation and answering questions. Check in process was easy. The villa was just as described and photos captured. We were surprised how spacious it was and with the skylights during the day, it was very bright. . We spent much of our time out on the beach. We did cook dinner at the Villa and it had all the necessary cooking utensils. It was a perfect get away; we could not have asked for anything more! We will look to book again.
